The Hunan production base of Chiyan Glass – Hunan Xinghuai New Materials Co., Ltd. – features an independently designed and developed melting workshop. From melting to finished product, the glass undergoes 18 meticulous steps in its production process. We have also developed an advanced thinning technology that controls the thickness difference to within 0.01 mm, meeting international standards. Our proprietary automatic correction and balancing technology ensures that the glass ribbon moves smoothly in the tin bath, minimizing defects and significantly improving product yield. Additionally, we utilize the world-leading Green cutting system, which guarantees precise glass cutting, while our quality control system employs Isla's state-of-the-art testing equipment.

Among our products is the M Series – Alumino-Silicate Ultra-White Glass. With a unique glass composition designed by our team, this glass has an aluminum content ranging from 3% to 6%, and an impressive light transmittance of up to 92%. These features make it ideal for use in fields such as photovoltaics, smartphones, and smart computers. The performance of the finished glass, including ball drop, 4PB, Vickers hardness, stress resistance, and acid-base corrosion resistance, also meets customer expectations.
