One of our colleague Zhifang Yan who is the manager of Technology Department, published an article named Research and Development of New Ultra-White Display Glass Technology and Its Application in High-end Material Substitution in the magazine China Public Science.
This article studies the development of new ultra-white display glass technology and explores its application in high-end material substitution. Through in-depth research on the preparation process and key technologies of ultra-white glass, we have successfully developed an ultra-white display glass material (our Ultra Clear Middle Aluminosilicate Glass CHIYAN-M2 and High Aluminosilicate Glass CHIYAN-H1) with high strength and good light transmittance. Using this technology, higher brightness and more realistic color reproduction of the display screen can be achieved, with lower energy consumption. In addition, the ultra-white new display glass material also has excellent heat resistance and durability, and is suitable for replacing various high-end materials.
Through experimental verification and market research, we found that the new ultra-white display glass technology has broad application prospects and market potential fields such as Monitors, TVs, automotive displays, as well as Solar panels and photovoltaic equipment, architectural glass curtain walls, windows and automotive glass etc fields.
In the future, we will further conduct in-depth research on new ultra-white display glass technology, explore its application in various high-end material substitutions, and continue to improve the preparation process to improve the performance and stability of the material.
