Composition

Glass-ceramics are made up of a glass matrix with a fine crystalline phase dispersed throughout.

Glass-ceramic (CHIYAN-C1) is a lithium aluminosilicate glass-ceramic.

Based on a special material design and nanoscale crystallization scheme, the product has extremely high inherent strength, combining the toughness of ceramics with the high permeability of glass. High hardness and low expansion improve the product's processing properties. Extremely high inherent strength and optimized chemical reinforcement design make it excellent drop resistance. 

Glass-ceramic is a material that combines the properties of glass and ceramic, and is created by crystallizing glass through a controlled heat treatment

Features

Process

Glass-ceramics are made by melting glass and then controlling the crystallization process. The crystallization process is carefully regulated to create a uniform dispersion of crystals throughout the material.

CHIYAN-C1’s 0.25mm~20mm thickness high alumino-silicate glass has already been used in the market to meet a wide range of customers needs.
